Its kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, blender, coffee maker.
It also has a washing and drying machine.

The villa has a state of the art bioclimatic cooling system.
Cool air is syphoned from the earth through a pipe and pulled into the villa with a suction fan. This will ensure your villa is no hotter than 28 degrees during the day as it matches the ground temperature.
