Respect the number of people indicated in the reservation.
The bathroom includes towels and soap and shampoo only for one week.

The bedroom includes bed sheets and pillows. If there is any guests declare to use a sofa bed, it also will be ready at your arrival with pillows and bedsheets.
Kitchen includes dish soap and washing soap only for a week.
Do not hang towels or clothes on furniture and balconies, there are dryers inside the apartment.

Do not leave the shoes outside the villa.
Divide your wastes: organics / recyclables and garbage separately.
Do not move the furniture.
No pets allowed.
No breakfast included.
Designed courtesy parking spot for each villa / Do not block parking spaces from other neighbors.

The host can change your villa in case there anything to be repair.
