How do I pay for my reservation?
Booking online is very easy. You just pick up the dates, the villa or suite you want to stay in, the people in your party and pay for the reservation.
You will pay online ONLY for the SECURITY DEPOSIT via PayPal or credit card.
The total payment or rate will be paid before checking-in at your arrival in Casa Maracuyá in cash.
What is the Security Deposit?
It is an amount you pay in case there is any damage in the property. You will have a full refund if everything is ok after leaving the house. If there is anything damage or missing, it will be discounted.
Casa Maracuya is the only house in Ecovilla that can be rented daily.
Prices:
$200 per day
$770 per week
$2200 per month
Cancellation/Refund
You will have a full refund of your deposit if you cancell one month before your staying.
Between one month and 15 days previous to your stay, you will have a 50% of refund.
After that, there is no refund.
Cheching-in / check out
Check-in time is 3:00 pm.
We do not have a reception, since we are a residential community. So, be sure of agree with the host the time of your arrival.
Check out time is 11: am.
Please, let us know if you need a late check out.
Do you accept pets?
No, unfortunately, there might be some other guests that are allergic to pets, so we do not accept pets.
Why I cannot book more than a month?
Casa Maracuya has suites and villas for short term rentals. If you are interested on long term rentals, you can write us to oli@properdise.com
Is breakfast included?
No, it is not, but you have a full kitchen and fridge to make your own breakfast.
You also will recieve a list of the deliveries of organic groceries that we have in La Ecovilla to place your order. You will have to be in your villa to receive it.
Can I participate of any events happening in La Ecovila?
You will be allowed to participate of all the activities (that are not ment for owners). You can participate in the harvest, but as temporary renter you are not going to receive a basquet of groceries every Saturday as the rest of the houses.
Is Casa Maracuya located inside La Ecovilla?
Yes, it is the higgest area of La Ecovilla:
Is there high speed internet?
Yes. We have wi-fi in all the villas (and it is not the same connection to all of them)
Can the host change the villa where I am staying?
Yes, sometimes the previous renters broke something that need to be fixed and we need to change you from one villa to other.
